I just placed an order. When will my gear show up?

Arcane Off Road shirts are sent using USPS Priority Mail from our fulfillment shop in California. These orders take 7-10 days to fulfill, and usually ship in 2-3 business days after they are fulfilled. We provide a tracking number for shirt shipments. 

What's your policy on returns?

All of our Arcane Off Road shirts are custom made for each order. As such, we cannot provide returns for wrong sizes. Please double your size selection before check out. 

If you have received the wrong item or if your item is damaged or if there's something wrong that's our fault we'll gladly work to rectify the situation.

If your item is defective, please email us: 1. A photo of the defect 2. Your order number and description of defect. If we determine your item is defective we will glady exchange or refund you.
