What's your deal?

I just placed an order! When will my gear show up?

Arcane Off Road shirts are sent using USPS Priority Mail from our fulfillment shop in California. These orders take 7-10 days to fulfill, and usually ship in 2-3 business days after they are fulfilled. I'll let you finish the math.

What's your policy on returns?

All of our Arcane Off Road products are custom made for each order. As such, we cannot provide returns for wrong sizes. Please double your size selection before check out. 

If you have received the wrong item or if your item is damaged or if we did something wrong in any way we'll gladly work to rectify the situation.

If your item is defective, please email us: 1. A photo of the defect 2. Your order number and description of defect. If we determine your item is defective we will gladly exchange or refund you.

What if I don't like Jeeps?

Then you're in the wrong place. You should probably go… Seriously.

What does ARCANE mean?

You ask a lot of questions, don't you? Alright, here it is…

The dictionary definition of Arcane is this: known or understood by very few; mysterious; secret; obscure; esoteric.

If you've read this far then you're one of those very secretive few who know the feeling of owning and driving a Jeep. That's not a feeling that you'll get driving a Hyundai.

Trust me. You think you're ever gonna see a couple dudes in Sonatas waving at each other the way Jeep owners do? Doubtful.

And besides, what do you say when someone asks why we wave to each other anyway?
